I got into this because I genuinely love small businesses. Running one is a tough gig — and most of the people doing it are better at what they do than their online presence suggests. That gap bothers me.
I only take on projects that excite me. People I believe in, businesses where I can see exactly how to make a difference. When that clicks — and it usually clicks quickly — I put everything into it.
What I care about most is storytelling. Every business has one. My job is to find it, build around it, and put it online in a way that does the person behind it proper justice. A website they're genuinely proud of, that gets results. That combination is a powerful thing.
